  3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and customized products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Ship the Items: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item, subject to availability.
